While psychedelics have been illegal in the U.S. and around the world for more than 5 decades, a psychedelic renaissance is now taking place, with many experts expecting the FDA to not only reschedule several of these substances, but also approve them for therapeutic use. The book covers the history of the major psychedelic medicines (including psilocybin, MDMA, LSD, DMT, Ayahuasca, mescaline, ibogaine, and ketamine).
